Welcome to our new Chief Financial Officer

A Chief Financial Officer is an important role that requires someone dedicated to the values of an organization with the innovation and foresight to set the course for an organization’s financial future. It is no small task to find the right fit. After a long search process, Access Services is pleased to announce that Lisa Auerbach will be coming on board as our Chief Financial Officer.

Lisa brings to Access Services over 15 years’ experience in nonprofit and additional years of experience in a variety of industries, from Tribal gaming casinos to newspapers. In 2020, Lisa was recognized as one of twenty-five top CFOs in the Philadelphia region by the Philadelphia Business Journal. This award was determined by editors based on demonstrated contributions to growth and/or profitability, tenure and scope of responsibilities, leadership, success in overcoming challenges, respect and influence within the organization and community involvement.

Scott McMullan, VP of Finance, has been an integral part of guiding our finance team through the years; keeping Access Services running no matter what we faced. After 40 years of service, Scott’s contributions have been enumerable. He shared his thoughts on Lisa joining the team, “The finance staff are excited for Lisa to join our department.  Her mission-minded approach aligns with our staff and agency as we seek to serve those in the Access community.  We look forward to her insight and potential opportunities for streamlining processes and workflows.”
