Condado de Montgomery
- So far in 2024, it has been reported that there are 687 homeless individuals in Montgomery County. This is down 11% compared to 2023, where there was reported to be 711 homeless individuals in the county.
- For every 22 affordable and available rentals, there are 100 low-income renter households in the county (as of 2021); there has been an increase from the last few year since this statistic was released, and Street Outreach has increased efforts over time to resolve this.
- There have been 595 people sheltered and a remaining 92 without shelter placement.
- There have been 8,591 eviction filings.
- The food insecurity rate is 8.6% overall, with factors including racial and gender inequities.
- At least 14% of children are food insecure.
- A 2023 report found a 7.4% increase in homeless veterans even though the Department of Veteran Affairs was able to house almost 39,000 veterans.

- This year alone, Bucks County has seen a surge of homelessness, as there were a reported 407 individuals with no stable housing.
- 234 individuals were sheltered, in transitional housing or were in hotel placements, 82 individuals were placed in code blue shelter, and 91 individuals were found sleeping outside.
- There have been 5,991 eviction filings.
- 7.3% of residents and 8.7% of all Bucks County children are food insecure.
- Bucks County found a 42% increase in homelessness for folks 55 & over, coinciding with the end of federal gov?t funding for stabilized housing.

- From 2022 to 2024, there was a 2.2% increase in homelessness; in contrast, the number of unsheltered individuals has decreased by nearly 40.8% (from around 7,000 reduced down to just under 4,000).
- 37.2 million Americans live below the poverty level.

- 44 million Americans are at risk of suffering from hunger.
- 1 in 6 children in the U.S. live in poverty.
