Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
DSPs provide creative and caring support to the individuals we serve. In most programs, these valuable team members provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism, while other DSPs provide respite services for children with behavioral health needs.
Many of these positions require no previous experience – we provide paid training and all of the costs to onboard. You will need a driver’s license and a vehicle to use during work hours.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
BHTs provide one-on-one behavioral intervention to children and adolescents in home, school and community settings, while supporting their families in learning and developing skills.
Crisis Workers
Montgomery County Mobile Crisis is looking for caring and competent staff to provide hands-on crisis support in a fast-paced environment. We serve individuals of all ages through telephone counseling and mobile crisis intervention, working with various community needs.
